| Biography: Dr. Tasher Ali Sheikh received B.Tech. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Central Institute of Technology (CIT), Kokrajhar, Assam, India, in 2013, M.Tech. in Mobile Communication and Computing from National Institute of Technology (NIT), Arunachal Pradesh, India, in 2015, and PhD under prestigious “Visvesvaraya PhD scheme under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology Government of India (Meity GoI)" at Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, North Eastern Regional Institute of Science and Technology (NERIST), Nirjuli, Arunachal Pradesh, India-791109 in 28 January 2021. He is currently working as a Lecturer & HoD (i/c) in the department of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering at Residential Girls' Polytechnic, Golaghat, Assam, India. His field of interest includes Massive MIMO, Cell Free Massive MIMO, Microwave communication and wireless communication. Till date, he has published 30 research works such as: 1 book chapter, 6 research papers in international and National Conference and 23 research papers in international journals. He is a Member of IEEE, Associate Member of IETE India, Associate Member of IEI India, Lifetime member of International Association of Engineers (IAENG), Member of American Association of Science and Technology (AASCIT) and Member of World Academy of Science, Engineering & Technology (WASET), USA. He is an editorial board member of 11-reputed international journal and reviewer of many International Journal like-IEEE Access, IEEE TVC, IET Communications etc. He has also served as a technical committee member of 16-International Conference. He has 138 Google scholar citations and 65 SCOPUS citations till now. | |
